PART 4 - MARKETING PLAN
J&B's overall marketing strategy is to provide customers with quality products that will assist them in owning and operating their own business venture. The product will be mass marketed using a variety of cost effective promotional vehicles. These vehicles will allow us to complete away from major competitors and directly towards insufficient ones.
The company will utilize an in-house sales force enabling the Company to continually monitor its selling tactics and strategies.
A direct distribution channel will be employed, thus reducing the number of levels the product must pass before reaching its end user.
J&B will work very closely with a local marketing agency, Marketing Resource & Associates, to develop a creative, yet effective communications plan. The Plan will ultimately be used in our promotions and public relations campaign (message content and positioning) as well as by our sales staff (selling tactics, strategies, and dialog).
The above strategies have been designed to reduce corporate costs, thus, maximizing profit and passing on the savings to the customer. Provided below is detailed information on the above marketing items. For your convenience, this section has been structured in the following manner;
